— ABOUT —

Executive with a focus on delivery. A technical doer. A leader accountable for outcomes, people, and a clean handover.

Leadership with conviction and impact.

I combine strategic clarity with deep technical understanding and hands-on execution. Throughout my career, I’ve led and scaled technology and industrial companies and steered them through growth as well as turnaround phases — with measurable impact on revenue, profitability, and organizational performance.

As CEO and executive leader, I carried responsibility for P&L up to €70m, international sales structures, technology roadmaps, and organizations of up to 200 employees. Decisions weren’t postponed — they were made and executed consistently.

My profile is intentionally hybrid: management consulting, technical leadership roles, and general management responsibility. This combination enables me to understand problems end-to-end — and to make solutions effective in the operating cadence, not just on slides.

Experience

Stations with passion.

Consulting & Operational Excellence

Analytics, structure, KPI systems, and execution logic — shaped early by data-driven decisions and disciplined follow-through.

Technology & Innovation Leadership

Building technology and product roadmaps, accelerating time-to-market, and introducing modern delivery and steering approaches.

General Management & P&L

Growth, profitability, and stabilization — international markets, commercial build-up, turnaround situations, and clear governance.

Today

Executive consulting, interim management, and project accountability — focused on impact, delivery, and a clean handover.

Principles

Develop. Challenge. Lead by example.

For me, leadership means providing direction, taking responsibility, and enabling people to perform. Expectations are clear, decisions are transparent, and outcomes are measurable.

I make tough decisions when they are necessary — and stand behind them. At the same time, it is always about bringing people along, building trust, and anchoring change through routines, rituals, and results.

The goal is not dependence, but empowerment: establish structures, KPIs, ownership, and leadership cadence so the organization continues to perform after the handover — without disruption.

Personal

Technology, responsibility and compass.

A short personal anchor — because trust is also built through character and principles.

Technology as a passion

Not just strategy — real joy in the stack: software, automation, and clean systems that are pragmatic, robust, and maintainable.

Skipper mindset

Taking responsibility, holding course, anticipating risk — especially when conditions get demanding.

Internationality & curiosity

Markets, cultures, and networks — with an open mindset, clear communication, and respectful collaboration.
